We are looking to appoint an Afternoon Receptionist to cover the College Reception during the afternoons. The post holder will ensure that visitors and members of the community attending after our school day are greeted professionally and courteously as they access the building and its facilities. The post holder will also be expected to undertake a range of clerical duties including answering the telephone and dealing with questions about the College and its afterschool activities from parents and members of the public.
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same. Experience of working with Microsoft packages and especially Outlook would be required.

Contract: Fixed-term one year.
Term time only (38 weeks) plus holiday pay, total paid weeks 43.14.

Hours of work: 6-12 hours per week. A number of positions are available.
We are seeking to appoint Spanish Speaker/s to work with students within a classroom setting and small groups during the school day.
No previous experience is necessary but basic understanding of Spanish grammar is required.

The purpose of this role is to provide support within the PE department. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of resources before and after lessons
- Providing assistance to students during lessons
- General cleaning and laundry duties
- General admin duties for the Head of Department
The ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy working in a busy school environment and be able to organise and prioritise their workload.
