Plans for Schools in September
We are awaiting clarification of the Government’s decision that schools will return in September and are promised further information on how this is to be managed over the next weeks. Once this information has been received, we will be in a position to look at what this will mean for Cambourne Village College, under the guidance of the Cam Academy Trust.
From the PE Department: The Virtual Sports Awards will be launched on Friday afternoon. We are just finishing off the final details of the video and on Friday we will be sharing a link to the CATalogue where you will be able to watch it. This link will be in the parent bulletin on Friday evening but we will also share it on Show My Homework and Twitter. You will need to log in with your child via their school email address.
We are hoping to deliver some replica trophies to our main prize winners on Tuesday afternoon.
School Diversity Week 22 -26 June Message from Miss Smith
Each year, the charity, ‘Just Like Us’ runs a School Diversity week for schools across the country with the celebration of the week reaching 1.4 million pupils in 2019. The aim of School Diversity Week is to promote LGBT+ equality in education. Pupils have been sent details of how they can take part in this at CamVC and we are planning to celebrate ‘Rainbow Friday’ on the 26th.
