Welcome from the Heads of Year

After 3 years of effort, our Year 10 pupils enter their crucial GCSE courses where their hard work in Key Stage 3 comes to fruition. At the same time, after making strong starts in their courses last year, our Year 11 pupils move towards their final exams at the end of the academic year. As Year 10 and 11 teams, we are dedicated to helping our pupils on this vital stage of their education with us. In order to maximise this, we are keen to work collaboratively with parents and guardians in order to guide and support all of our pupils so that they can achieve excellent results. Our aim is for every student to enter the exam hall confident in their ability to secure the best grades possible. 

During their time at Cambourne Village College, we have been proud to see our cohorts mature and develop into respectful and conscientious young people. At the same time, our pupils have achieved excellent results at the end of Key Stage 3, rewarding their effort and determination. Their enthusiasm for their studies helps to inspire us to do our best to support them on their journey to success. We are looking forward to another year of hard work, achievement and fun in Key Stage 4 and we would like to thank all parents and guardians for your continued support. We will continue to work with you to ensure that our pupils achieve the best outcomes they are capable of and are confident that our combined efforts as pupils, parents/carers and staff will culminate in excellent results in their final years of study.
